DUTIES:
- To provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner that will promote the sale of merchandise.
- To ensure acceptable level of service is provided, staff attitude is appropriate and Hassle-Free Guarantee Program is followed.
- To maintain item master files
- To maintain the member and vendor master files.
- To administer end-of-day, end-of-month and end-of-year procedures
- To use FCL C.A.S.M programs where possible.
- To assist in preparing staff schedule and processing of claims, invoices, and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- To maintain constant alert against the removal of merchandise
- To be responsible for the adherence and enforcement of Prairie Co-op policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
Candidates must possess good communication, organizational and sales skills as well as enthusiasm and the ability to learn.
