We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator II at our Esterhazy K1, SK location. The successful candidate will assist in the development, integration and sustainability of a continuous improvement (CI) culture within a Potash facility with direction from the CI Lead. This will include assisting with the assessment, prioritization and execution of Performance Management (PfM) / Lean Manufacturing / Data Analysis / other CI projects which meet yearly site objectives for overall CI set during budgeting. As a CI Coordinator Level II, you will work with site personnel providing project leadership , auditing / assessment, and gathering ideas from employees.

What is required for this role?
-Grade 12/GED.
-High School Diploma with 10 years related experience or Bachelors Degree or Trade (Technical or Industrial related) with 3 years related experience.
-Experience creating and executing Continuous Improvement activities that drive organizational results and change.
-Experience as a team member or team leader executing CI activities that drive organizational results and change.
-Formal training in Change Management, Continuous Improvement (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizan, Workout), Performance Management, data analysis.
