Summerhill is dedicated to developing, implementing and managing public engagement and market transformation programs that lead to measurable improvements in energy savings.
In conjunction with several retailers in the province, we will be conducting a LED Lighting Discount Program in October and November 2015. The program involves retail customers receiving a rebate on eligible products at the time of purchase. In conjunction with the discount program we would like to conduct in-store retail events in various locations in Saskatchewan throughout the months of October and November.
In person, paid training:
Training sessions will be held in Regina and Saskatoon the week of September 28. Exact dates will be communicated upon confirmation of employment.
Job Responsibilities:
Actively approaching and engaging customers
Tracking and reporting on the number of participants, conversation types, etc.
Educating customers on the overall retail campaign
Providing excellent customer service
Demonstrating product knowledge
Completing event report and submitting in a timely fashion
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Outgoing, positive & high energy level candidates
Hardworking, collaborative, innovative & adaptable
Be interested and genuinely concerned about energy efficiency and/or other environmental issues
Detail-oriented, conscientious, and able to work independently
Friendly and professional manner and appearance
Internet access for reporting purposes online & cell phone are a requirement
Be able to complete staffing and event documents using Word and Excel
Comfortable using Apple technology
Valid drivers license in good standing and vehicle required
Submit a photo of yourself at your event area with your timesheet after the event
