Description

We have an immediate opening for a Permanent, Full time Master Data Administrator at Littelfuse. The SAP Master Data Administrator is an analytical problem solver who ensures accurate Material/BOM/Routing data in SAP, uses problem-solving skills to identify and correct errors in submitted changes, and assists in establishing and troubleshooting costing and cost variance.

-Enter and maintain bills of materials and routing in SAP.
-Validate Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routing and cost estimates for materials in SAP with release or ECO.
-Assist in inventory analysis as needed and troubleshoot inventory-related issues.
-Assist in ensuring that loaded component, BOM and labour data is correct according to manufacturing and engineering needs.
Investigate issues related to BOMs and routings.

Skills & Competencies
-Must know or be able to learn and utilize SAP.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is mandatory.  
-Highly analytical problem solver with a natural curiosity and desire to ensure that information is perfectly accurate.
-Must possess extreme attention to detail, particularly in ensuring that all changes to master data make sense, are justified, and are investigated fully to prevent any unintended negative consequences.
-Ability to gather, track, and organize information effectively and with exceptional accuracy.
-Willing to challenge others actions in line with process using data-driven evidence and conclusions.
-Able to troubleshoot complex problems involving multi-level bills of material and cost accounting.  
-Awareness or experience with SQL and database concepts and reporting is an asset.
-Ability to read and understand technical/electronics jargon is an asset.
