We have an immediate opening for a Permanent, Full time Accounting Clerk at Littelfuse. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for a variety of accounting and office functions and provides analysis and support to both internal and external clients. Primary responsibilities include processing accounts payable and receivable documents, payroll processing and reporting, and additional analysis as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
- Bi-weekly payroll processing, payroll deductions calculation and remittance, payroll reporting and RRSP data sheet
- Month end journal entries and reporting of salaries payable, bonus accrual, and vacation accrual
- Monthly general insurance reporting of premiums vs. claims

Position Requirements
-Two year diploma in Accounting
-Minimum two years experience in payroll processing preferred
-Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is an asset
