We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator II at our Colonsay, SK location. The successful candidate will assist in the development, integration and sustainability of a continuous improvement (CI) culture within a Potash facility with direction from the CI Lead. This will include assessment, prioritization and execution of Lean Six Sigma, Workout and other CI projects which meet yearly site objectives. As a CI Coordinator, you will work with site personnel providing project leadership, coaching, training and auditing/assessments.

What is required for this role?
* Grade 12/GED with 10 years related experience or Bachelors Degree or Trade (Technical or Industrial related) with 3 years related experience.
* Minimum 3+ years experience; demonstrated leadership and continuous improvement experience with an understanding of the dynamics of interpersonal relationships. Must possess solid written and verbal communication skills. Must be capable of giving and receiving honest feedback.
* Experience creating and executing Continuous Improvement activities that drive organizational results and change.
* Formal training in Change Management, Continuous Improvement (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizan, Workout), data analysis.
