Key Accountabilities
The Process Evaluator is accountable to the Rseau Sant en franais de la SK (RSFS) the lead organization for the Healthy Start /Dpart Sant project. The consultant will work in collaboration with the HSDS project manager and the HSDS Process Evaluation Working Group, to oversee the analysis and reporting of the HSDS process evaluation objectives.  The evaluator will also work in close collaboration with an evaluator in New Brunswick.
Provide support for the analysis of implementation processes of the HSDS intervention, to determine the quality of implementation, to assess implementation as designed and satisfaction level of participants. Tasks:
- Continuing the collecting, processing and managing the data relevant to the process evaluation (work in progress);
- Coordinate the process data analysis plan in collaboration with the evaluation team and co-investigators; Coordinate the consolidation of data information in collaboration with SK and NB evaluation teams and with HSDS staff;
- Attend scheduled planning meetings for the process evaluation committee;
- Contribute to and review the authorship protocols according to the draft list of topics and in consultation with the PI and the HSDS evaluation team (U of S / Universit de Moncton and Sherbrooke).
- Demonstrated competencies in qualitative or process evaluation experience required;
- Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to report on the process evaluation data; Highly motivated, self-managing and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, independent worker.    Preference given to a candidate with experience in data management: collection, tabulation, analysis and reporting.  We thank all applicants for their interest.
