Description

The La Ronge Ice Wolves are seeking an Office Manager.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, game day preparation, and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Accountabilities
>Leading, organizing and preparing with game day operations.
>Assisting Board of Directors with hockey operations and business assignments.
>Assisting the Director of Marketing with marketing, sponsorships and partnerships.
>Completing all tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors related to Club promotions, fundraising, game day, billeting, membership, concession, public relations, and advertising.
>Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
>Managing filing systems.
>Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets, and Word documents.
>Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management.
>Assisting the Coaching staff with hockey operations.  
>Responding to customer enquiries, selling and delivering tickets.
>Answering telephones, listening to voicemail, taking messages and forwarding accurate information to the appropriate individual.
>Opening, sorting and routing incoming mail and courier packages.
>Maintaining the front office.
>Ensuring season tickets are delivered to the client, upon receiving full payment.
>Selling game day tickets from the office.

Qualifications and Competencies:
>Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
>Office management, administrative or assistant experience
>Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
>Attention to detail and problem solving skills
>Excellent written and verbal communication skills
>Strong organizational and planning skills
>Proficiency in MS Office
