INNOVATION PLACE is looking for a GROUNDS MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR to join our landscaping team in Saskatoon. Along with grounds upkeep you will be in charge of preventative maintenance for our landscaping equipment and tools.

Our technology park attracts visitors from across the country and around the world, and the grounds are part of the INNOVATION PLACE brand. From tree lined boulevards to the Boffins lawn and bocce pitch, from Orchard Walk to the Garden Park pond, we take great pride in providing an environment that inspires our clients. But we need help to keep it looking beautiful all year round.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:
- excellent knowledge of plant and landscape maintenance
- knowledge of landscape maintenance tools and equipment
- ability to work independently or as part of a team exercising  judgment and initiative with minimal supervision
- ability to meet deadlines under pressure and time constraints
- valid drivers license with good driving record
- computer proficiency with MS Office
- completion of grade 12 and one or two years experience in the field of landscape maintenance. - a provincial license to apply chemical fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides and pesticides would be an asset.
