Description

Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst on behalf of our client based at their head office in downtown Saskatoon. Senior Compensation Analyst responsibilities:
- Research, develop, implement and administer compensation structure, programs and policies.
- Manage the administration of the companys short term incentive program for management employees.
- Participate in compensation and pay practice surveys through the collection and analysis of competitive pay data to ensure market competitiveness.
- Provide education and training in the structure and administration of compensation programs to ensure understanding inter departmentally.
- Work strategically and collaboratively with internal business partners to facilitate salary administration process.
- Provide salary recommendations for all management positions across the corporation and its divisions.

Qualifications for Senior Compensation Analyst:
- A university degree in a business related discipline with preference given to human resources studies.
- Four (4) to six (6) years experience in a compensation role is required.
- CHRP or CCP designation is considered an asset for this role but is not required
