Description

Responsibilities Include:

* Receive and process resident service request
orders including activation's, deactivation's,
transfers and auxiliary services via telephone,
online and email.
* Troubleshooting and scheduling for technical
service issues.
* Three way conference calling
* Liaison between cable company and residents for resetting/authorizing of digital equipment
* Excellent customer service skills verbal and
written with the ability to deal effectively with others.
* Data entry
* Provide assistance in setting up new homes,
resident information, audits, and penetration
reporting of existing homes
* General administrative duties including
printing, sorting, returned mail, filing and
photocopying duties to support SCHD
* Other duties that may be required by the
Supervisor or Operations Manager
Abilities:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritize, organizational skills and problem solving is required
* Ability to Multitask and work in a fast paced
environment
* Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft
Office software applications
* Basic accounting knowledge
* French is an asset but not required

Non traditional business hours, Monday to Friday 7.5 hour days extended to 7:00 pm (example 10:30 am to 7:00 pm)
Hours will be determined and adjusted with
assessed customer requirements.
