Our Opportunity
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to work in our Saskatoon office to cover a 1 year maternity leave. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks such as greeting visitors, answering a multi-line phone system, managing office supplies, and entering data for expenses and vehicle logs. You will also process routine documents, incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, courier and other correspondence. In addition, you will be involved with the administration of projects including billing, purchase orders, timesheets and data entry.
Requirements
Business/Administration diploma preferred and at least 2-3 years general office administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Previous experience in project administration in an engineering consulting environment considered an asset
Ability to work individually or within a group; a self-starter who is able to recognize and complete tasks required for making the overall office run more effectively
Excellent customer service and communication skills (interpersonal and written)
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality
Strong time and project management skills
