The YWCA Regina is a non-profit organization that exists to support and empower women, children and youth in addressing their diverse needs in the realization of their full potential.
One (1) full-time position is available as an Early Childhood Educator, One-On-One Support Worker in the YWCA Century Crescent Childcare Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe environment for all children
- Work one-on-one with a child in the centre
- Documentation
- Work with supporting professionals
- Be a team player
- Follow a Personalized Program Plan in goals and strategies for working with the child
- Be punctual and dependable
Qualifications: Education and experience essential.
- Minimum of Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 1 is required
- Experience working with children with autism would be an asset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Tuberculosis test
- Clear Criminal Record Check
Work Setting
- Day-care centre
