Duties include but not limited to provide great
customer service, take orders and deliver food,
answer questions regarding the menu and work
closely with other wait staff and the kitchen to
ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently.
Responsible for giving guests great dining
experience, offering suggestions and
recommendations, such as wine pairings or help to
personalize the meal.
Additional duties of a restaurant server may also
include: Processing payment. Greeting customers.
Cleaning tables and dining area. Setting tables.
Requirements
Good to have at least 0-6 months experience, otherwise training will be provided.
Hospitality background is preferred
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, formal or French service
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
