We are looking to add a typist/receptionist to the CBI Preston team; this is a full-time permanent position.  

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about providing our clients with a great experience, and will be driven to provide excellent administrative support in the delivery of their care.   And, because we like to have fun at work, our Typist / Receptionist will possess a friendly, energetic, team-oriented nature.  

The Typist / Receptionist works in conjunction with the administrative team to ensure accurate and timely reporting, and excellent customer service, including typing reports in an accurate and timely fashion; coordinating document flow to ensure report deadlines are met; answering the telephone and greeting patients; scheduling appointments; entering patient data, collecting payments and issuing receipts.
    
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Excellent customer service and communication skills;    Effective time management and organizational skills;Sharp eye for detail, grammar, proofreading and formatting; Ability to multitask in a busy office setting.

Medical terminology and experience with transcription equipment is an asset, but not a requirement.   Talent, and being the right fit for our team and our clinic culture, is more critical to success in this role than training or experience, as we will provide the required mentorship for this position.  Our team is committed to our clients and to each other.
