Head Caretaker plays the lead role with the caretaking staff. They are responsible for the cleaning of the school, P.M of plumbing, Boiler and HVAC systems. minor architectural repairs, grounds keeping, P.M. of caretaking equipment, supervision of caretaking staff and duties as assigned by school Principal. A valid Fireman's Certificate is a requirement for this position.
