We looking for a Motivated Technician to join our team.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Priority will be giving to A+ certified
technicians.
- Maintain clients machines and operate the
Tech room.
- Respond to service call on clients cites.
- Answer customer phones calls, take orders, and walk them through a solution over the
phone.
- Insure all customer equipment's are fixed on
time

- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software and operating system software
- Load computer tapes and disks and install software and printer paper and forms
- Provide problem-solving services to network users
- Implement data, software and hardware security procedures
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
- Set up local area networks and connections to the internet
