Prairie Branches Ent (PBE) is a non-profit,
community based organization providing
residential, day program and support services for
individuals with intellectual and physical
disabilities.

PBE is inviting applications for the position of
RESIDENTIAL MANAGER

NATURE OF DUTIES:
By following the established person-centered plan
programs, provides support to participants in a
manner that maximizes their potential and quality
of life.  This includes, but is not limited to:  
Human Resources Management:  Staffing, Performance Management, Administrative Duties; Facility Monitoring, and Participant Care.

Required Qualifications:
1.     Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Drivers license
2.    Must provide a current Criminal Record

employment
3.    Willing to work with adults with
intellectual disabilities
4.    Knowledge of spoken and written English
5.    Must be available to work shift work
6.    Minimum of Disability Support Worker
certificate or related post secondary education
7.    Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
8.    Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
and/or training

Direct Reports:  Direct Support Professionals in
the home
