Description

Transwest Air is currently accepting applications for a Stores/Fuel Manager position in La Ronge.

Qualifications:
1.  Must be willing and have the ability to acknowledge and understand the following manuals:
a) The Fueling and Spill Procedures Manual
b) Dangerous Goods for fueling, Service Truck Operator and Fueling Rotocraft
c) Fork lift Operator Certification, Safety Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Manuals
d) Any additional regulatory requirements
e) Knowledge of a Float base an asset
2.  Class 1A or 3A license
3. Exceptional customer service skills and have interpersonal skills that strengthen inter-company communications and relations.
4. Computer skills are an asset.
5. Self-motivated and able to work within given timelines.
6.  Effective leadership skills and be a team player.
7. Organizational skills imperative

Responsibilities:
1. Productivity-Responsible for receiving, documentation and direction of all incoming/outgoing product as per Transwest Air policy.
2. Customer Relations
3. File and keep comprehensive paperwork for auditing purposes
4. Control of Quarantine stores in conjunction with Quality Department
5. Responsible for purchasing all required supplies needed for the maintenance activities
6. Effective communication with peers and department Director and liaise between other company departments
7. Understanding the safety of aircraft and apron movements
8. Communicate with Claude Resources shipping and receiving
