Description

AFL is an International Telecommunications Service Provider and we are currently looking for a Project Administrator for our Regina office.

The Project Administrator is responsible for organizing, controlling administrative activities, compiling information, analyzing and reporting results under the direction of a Project Manager (PM). You will be responsible for administration projects from beginning to end, including; attending and scheduling meetings, taking minutes, receiving documents, data, information, storage of documentation and compiles summaries that includes timelines, commitments, results, filing documents, creating responsibility lists, and communicates variances.  
Duties/Responsibilities:
Adhere to processes across all management groups in the Region.
Coordinate and track functional progress through existing software designed to satisfy internal and external reporting.
Maintains and gathers data and documentation required for accurate and detailed reporting of administrative projects.
Compile and communicate daily key performance indicators to stakeholders.
Maintain department communication logs  including meeting minutes, correspondence, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (skills/education):
College Diploma or equivalent credits required.
Experience with standard MS Office Suite.
Experience with Excel  Pivot Tables and Data Manipulation.
Must be able to juggle multiple administrative projects.
Proven Customer Service capabilities.  
Good understanding of the telecom or construction industry.
May need to sit at a desk/office at prolonged periods of time.
Ability to work in a time sensitive, ever-changing, and high tempo environment.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
