Description

CEDA is looking for a successful candidate who will provide administrative support to the operational business unit.

Duties/Responsibilities
-    Create & modify documents using Microsoft Office;
-    Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing & filing;
-    Maintain hard copy & electronic filing systems including tracking/reporting duties as required;
-    Provide support/coverage to front reception desk as required - answer telephones & greet incoming visitors in a professional & courteous manner;
-    Setup & coordinate meetings and conferences - book travel for attendees as required;
-    Support staff in assigned project based work including assembly of manuals, user guides, participant workbooks etc.;
-    Provide other administrative support as required.
Role Specifications
-    2+ years of related work experience;
-    Minimum Grade 12 education - related administrative support certificate considered an asset;
-    Typing speed of 41-60 WPM
-    Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Advanced skills in Excel , Word , & PowerPoint;
-    Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills (written and verbal);
-    Ability to function independently in a busy office environment;
-    Strong organization, prioritization, & problem solving skills with a high attention to detail.
-    Reliable transportation;
-    Obtain a negative result on drug & alcohol test;
-    Provide reasonable driver's abstract (no more than 4 demerits and/or three moving violations in the last three years);
-    Provide a reasonable criminal record history;
-    Ability to act as a change agent & leader within the organization
-    Well established organizational & time management skills
-    Analytical ability, with a process improvement approach
-    Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication
-    Self-starter & takes initiative
-        Keen ability to pay attention to detail
-     Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
-    High level of integrity, confidentiality & accountability
