The successful applicant for this full-time, Senior Management, position will work as part of a dynamic leadership team under the direction of the Executive Director. They will provide leadership and support to the Residential Team Leaders and
their staff. The Residential Program Manager must demonstrate a commitment to the Mission and Values of Menno Homes of Sask. Inc. and must be knowledgeable about current best practices and legislation in the field of disability support services. Best practices include a belief in the principles of person-centred cultures/planning, positive support strategies, and least-restrictive supports. This position has on-call responsibilities.  

Requirements:

    - At least 3 years of experience managing/supervising a team
    - A valid Saskatchewan Drivers Licence
    - A clean criminal record check including a vulnerable sectors check
    - Some post-secondary education in a related field
    - A vehicle as some driving may be required and will be compensated
    - At least two positive employment references
