Job Requirements:
- Food & Beverage Service Knowledge necessary
- Safe Food & Handling Experience required
- Must be of legal age
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Must be courteous, pleasant and present a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Must be able to provide the highest level of customer service in a timely and courteous manner
- Must be able to work in a quaint, yet fast-paced environment as a member of a team
- Be knowledgeable of the menu, the products, and the history of the setting
- Baking and Food Prep experience is a desired asset
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Working with others
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Food Safe Certificate
Additional Skills
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Set tables
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Customer service oriented
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
