Quesada Burritos & Tacos is currently seeking a full-time Supervisor for our location in Saskatoon South.

The Supervisor will report directly to the Owner and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant; and the supervision of approximately 15 employees.

Pre-requisites
-2-3 years customer service experience in a leadership position
-Cash handling experience
-Food Safe Level 1
-Class 5 Drivers License

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

-Direct reporting to Owner
-Customer service
-Employee training
-Food preparation
-Ensuring safe food handling is followed
-Handling customer complaints
-Team motivation
-Administrative tasks
-Able to effectively delegate tasks
-Able to effectively understand and follow corporate systems and SOP
-Ensuring restaurant profitability  
-Ensuring that product is prepared as per company standard
-Supervising a staff of approximately 15 people (typically 3-5 at once)
-Inventory control
-Supply chain management
-Local marketing initiatives

Candidate must have strong organizational skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and written in English; have a clean criminal record.

Our restaurant is open from 11-9. Supervisor schedule will be primarily days. Pay is between $14.00-$15.00 + performance bonuses.
