Education: Successful completion of Food Safe Handling Certificate.
Experience: Experience working in a commercial kitchen would be preferred. Experience in working with diverse situations and personalities.
Knowledge: Knowledge of SIGA's guiding principles, structure, and First Nations culture. Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to support change with optimism and openess. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately, in both written and verbal form. Ability to consistently provide friendly, timely, and accurate client service. Ability to follow direction and work within established procedures.

Condition of employment:
Must consent to a background check in order to qualify as a gaming employee. Must obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA). Must be 19 years of age or older.
