DUTIES:
Reporting to the Finance Controller, this position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing an internal courier service for the City of Lloydminster. This includes the pick-up and delivery of both internal and external mail, as well as other packages, as required. The individual will safely maintain a set daily route and schedule between all City-operated facilities, as well as additional business locations as needed. The Admin Support 1 must effectively communicate with public and internal staff, in a positive and professional manner, while representing the City brand. May be assigned alternate duties on occasion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate has a completed Grade 12 education, is capable of working independently, responsible and self-motivated. The individual must present a neat and tidy appearance, be physically fit, and trustworthy. Must be proficient using technology such as a Smart phone and email, and possess exceptional communication skills including verbal, reading, and writing abilities. A valid Class 5 Vehicle Operators License in Alberta or Saskatchewan, along with a clean drivers abstract is required at time of interview. Working conditions include both internal and external environments.
