Duties and Responsibilities
Build client relationships through the use of Cavalier Agrows 4 Rules of Agronomy, where advice given is based on Sound Agronomy and Value to the customer
Utilize programs such as agPROVE and iFARM to differentiate Cavalier Agrow from other retails and to build long term relationships with our customers
Provide customer support and expert advice on crop nutrition, soil test interpretation, field scouting, diagnostics, and product recommendations
Provide sound agronomic advice which address both ethical and environmentally concerns requirements
Develop and expand the fertilizer and crop protection sales
Assist with the management and delivery of crop nutrition products, crop protection products and services
Develop Business plans for key customer accounts
Endorse and promote strategic company initiatives
