Description

To provide front-line support and training to students, faculty, researchers and staff for enterprise IT services; manage the creation and modification of accounts; investigate issues, escalate problems, and collaborate with Senior IT Support Specialists to develop solutions for complex technical issues; develop and document best practices and analyze workarounds for more permanent solutions; and assist in the development of Service Desk procedures.
