SAP/PNID Administrator

We are currently seeking a dynamic polished SAP/PNID Administrator for a one year contract position in Lloydminster. Starting salary will be $21-23/hr depending on experience, with a working schedule of Mon- Fri 7:30- 4:30 starting mid Sept.
Acting as the main point of contact for SAP master data requests, this position provides administrative management of SAP master data requests. This includes receiving, distributing, tracking the status of all requests.

Duties include but not limited to:

    Receive SAP master data requests and create a notification.
    Track outstanding notifications and assist for resolution.
    Update monthly key performance indicator documents.
    Schedule and coordinate on-site data collection with end-user and data collector.
    Send SAP master data documents to Document Management for upload into HDMS.
    General support duties to assist in the daily business practices of the SAP Support Team.
    Create SAP Support Desk procedure.
    Create on-site Data Collection procedure.
    Create equipment master data documents upload procedure and standard document names.
    Deal with restructuring of equipment facilities
    Deal with PNID, data sheets
    Assisting with billing of data sheets
    Electrical instrumentation looping
    Communication with technical individuals

Qualifications:

    3-5 Years experience in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
    Business/Administration diploma and/or equivalent training
    Valid Drivers License
    Must have knowledge of SAP or other database
    Easy going, team player
    Knowledge of JD Edwards an asset
    Minimum 5 years progressive administrative.
    Understanding of Oil/Gas equipment used today within the industry.
