Job Description: Responsible for providing social, mental health and brief intervention relationship counselling services for adults and families for the Kelvington Primary Health Care Team.  Professional peer review and responsibility will be maintained through a joint accountability to the Mental Health Director and the Clinical Navigator/Manager of the Primary Health Care department.  Job description available upon request.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Bachelor Degree in Psychology
Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Nursing

Degree in nursing - Registered Phsyciatric, Social Work Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.  i.e Physcologist Degree with Counselling Credentials
Geographic Location: KELVINGTON
Expected Start Date: September 14, 2015
FTE: 0.14

Hours of Work: 32.00 hours per 6 week rotation
