Supervise,co-ordinate&schedule the activities of workers who operate/drive concrete pump trucks/ placing booms/telebelt equipment; Establish methods/procedures to safely operate concrete pump,telebelts/placing boom;Oversee cleaning/maintenance of units;Recommend personnel for hiring/promotions;Train/arrange training as required;Perform site checks/attend scheduled pre-pour meetings;Provide on-site inspection/conduct investigations;Meet work schedules/co-ordinate work activities with project supervisors/managers;Resolve work problems/recommend measures to improve productivity;Oversee all aspects of vehicles (cleanliness,maintenance,parts inventory); Requisition of materials/supplies Receive/relay information to central dispatcher;Perform role of Concrete Pump Operator if/when required;
Skills/Experience required:
3-5 years Concrete Pumping experience residential,commercial/industrial work operating all types&sizes of concrete pumps (Putzmeister, Schwing, Alliance, Concord, KCP)
1 -2 years Supervisory experience, 1-2 years telebelt operating/placing boom operating experience;Valid Class 3 Drivers License with Air Brake endorsement;English: oral/written;
Have satisfactory driving abstract;Able to work flexible hours,weekend shifts;Mentally alert/fit enough to meet physical lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying amount of 80lbs-100lbs; Have precise depth perception, hand-eye coordination/a keen awareness for surroundings;Able to withstand varied indoor/outdoor temperatures.
