We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team at one of our busy locations. The Role

The Production Manager is responsible for guiding all technical and production related activities in the shop. The manager allocates work, ensures high quality repairs, and provides leadership to the technical team. With a sharp focus on "WOWing" every customer, the manager monitors and interprets all key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and influence production activities.

Requirements:
* "WOW Every Customer" mindset
* Minimum five years experience in the collision repair industry
* Proficient spoken and written English
* Must be able to work independently
* Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
* Requires attention to detail
* Candidates must be fluent with the Mitchell and Audatex system
* Valid drivers license
