Description

Looking for a Manager for a car wash, variety store, mechanic shop and car detailing business.  Applicant must have a minimum of two years of experience in managing in retail.  Eligible candidate should have at least a diploma or other related certificate in a management program. Pay per hour will be depending upon experience. This is permanent full time position with minimum of 40 hours of week. Person should be available to work evenings, day, night, weekends, shift and on call. Applicant is expected to have good English skills.

Job duties include the following:
    Organize and manage the operation.
    Recruit staff and train staff.
    Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
    Handle customer concerns and react quickly and professionally.
         Other duties.
