-Drive the development & implementation of the annual sales & marketing plan for the site,in conjunction with the Executive Director by utilizing sales process & standard sales management & communication systems.
-Conduct sales calls,qualifying all prospects & leading them through the sales process using consistent & creative follow-up methods.
-Provide timely customer feedback & input on pricing,programs & incentives.
-Build relationships with potential & existing customers,the local industry &community to generate professional referrals & ensure their needs are met.
-Implement & execute on-site events & activities in a creative manner that will continue to build & foster relationships with existing customers & target prospects.
-Use of the CRM systems in place and Yardi software to track & record all sales activities & review reports,which includes actual versus planned sales performance.
-Adhere to all brand standards,corporate policies & procedures to deliver a consistent sales experience & to uphold & promote the organizations values and philosophy.
Qualifications
-At least 2 yearsexperience in a Sales,Marketing,Communications &/or Public Relations;or a background in a service or retail industry-related position.A Business Degree would be an asset.
-Must demonstrate compassion working within the industry coupled with a creative,outgoing & energetic personality.
-Strong computer skills,experience dealing with a CRM would be an asset.
-Results driven & goal orientated,with experience in the development & execution of sales action plans.
-Proactive,self-discipline & able to present the organization professionally with strong written & verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations.
-Flexibility in working weekend & evening hours to meet client & Residence needs.
-Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
