Under the direction of the Building Manager, the successful applicant would be responsible for ensuring all common areas in the SIGN on Broadway facility are clean and maintained. The successful applicant will also be responsible for the setting up/tearing down of meeting rooms and providing food/beverage service to meetings.
The successful candidate should have some experience in a related industry or workplace.
The Building Manager Assistant requires good relationship skills, will be polite, well organized and able to work without supervision. The Assistant will be accountable to the Building Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
*clean public washrooms, mop floors
*mop lobby floor
*vacuum all carpeted areas in the facility
*make coffee/tea, provide water/food to meetings as required
*set up tables and chairs for meetings
*clean meeting room tables and floors after use
*report to the Building Manager re: maintenance issues
*keep janitorial tools clean and in good repair
*any additional work as requested by the Building Manager
