Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Rewards Analyst at our Regina, SK location. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of annual compensation and benefit processes, including analysis, reporting and reconciliation. This role will assist with all aspects of reward program sponsorship (employee communications, training, compliance, budgeting, tax reporting and vendor management) and manage tier 2 employee or retiree inquiry /claim process for all benefit plans. In addition, this person will manage the day-to-day administration of benefit plans, including the review of vendor services against contractual responsibilities .

What is required for this role?
* Grade 12 or GED.
* Preferred Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance.
* 3-5 years of progressive benefits and compensation experience.
* Preferred certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
* Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills, including excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
* Strong interpersonal, coaching, influencing and teambuilding skills.
* Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills are required.
* Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
