Cubbon Advertising is a locally-owned and operated promotional products company that focuses on superior customer service. We are looking to replace an employee on maternity leave, starting immediately until approximately September 2016. This position has the possibility to become permanent.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Main reception greeting customers and answering and directing phone calls
Manage many emails for administration and artwork accounts
Communicate with vendors on orders in process
Compose and correspond art proofs to clients
Ensure deadline orders arrive on time
Get freight quotes for sales reps and arrange freight pick-ups
Communicate with customs broker for documents on imported goods
Assist shipper/receiver when needed

Requirements:
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access Database
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be an asset
Strong communication skills
Independently-motivated and can prioritize time well
Organized and able to handle a large amount of information from many sources
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent teamwork skills
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Salary negotiable based on education and experience.
We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of reception experience or equivalent customer service experience.
