Establish and maintain good relations with NAPA customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner. The responsibility also includes, but is not limited to the following:
Checking invoices to ensure that the parts ordered were correctly pulled for delivery to the customer.
Accounting for cash on COD (Collect on Delivery) orders, and
Maintaining an accurate, detailed delivery log. Comply with customer service delivery strategies and delivery tracking procedures.
Organize pick-up of customer returns without disrupting delivery efficiency.
