Hall Lake Gas Bar Assistant Manager

Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Supervisor will assist in the day to day operations of the Hall Lake Gas Bar.

Duties and Responsibilities:
>Good understanding of retail operations including, sales, customer service, inventory, merchandising, margins, budgets and planning.
>Supervising, training, motivating and developing staff.
>Ability to control and protect all cash and Inventory assets.
>Ability to complete administrative tasks as required including cash outs.
>Assist in receiving incoming freight, counting, documenting, pricing and stocking.
>Assist in ordering and implementing store merchandising programs.
>Maintain model store presentation and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
>Minimum of 2 years experience in the retail industry, preferably in grocery/confectionary.
>Excellent supervisory and organizational skills, able to work independently and as part of a
   team.
>Customer Service orientation.
>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
>Valid class 5 driver's license.
