Gabriel Dumont Institute invites applications for a part-time Custodian II position at our Prince Albert building.
Duties: General cleaning and maintenance of office building, minor repairs as required, some outside yard work and snow removal, regular monitoring of all mechanical and internal systems.
Qualifications:
Grade twelve (12) or GED equivalent, ability to be bonded, first aid/CPR training, building general maintenance experience and an aptitude to mechanical systems.  Experience in the construction sector would be a distinct asset. The ideal candidate will possess WHMIS training and have a working knowledge of all applicable Municipal, Provincial and Federal bylaws regarding the efficient, safe and legal operation of building and its systems.
Hours of Work              Part time (3.5 hours/day)
Term: November 2, 2015 to November 2, 2016  

Remuneration: As per the GDI Collective Agreement
