Schulte Industries Ltd is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record all customer payments and apply to appropriate customer accounts
- Process and prepare daily bank deposit
- Assist receptionist with phone answering, greeting customers; act as back-up when receptionist is out
- Enter sales order; modify/review before shipment
- Assist with invoicing and custom paperwork
- Help maintain production runs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in accounting or office admin or a combination of education and experience in an accounting or office environment
