101283736 Saskatchewan Ltd., near Bulyea, SK requires 6 full time Herdspersons for their combined dairy and beef operation.
Duties will include:
-monitor herd, recognize and treat health concerns
-formulate feed rations according to nutritional requirements
-administer breeding program
-assist with births
-milk and feed cows
-operate and maintain farm equipment & machinery
-supervise farm operations
-maintain production and livestock records
- some general farm duties
Requirements:
-1-2 years of similar experience
-completion of high school
-valid drivers license
-able to work independently
-able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
Salary: $17-22/hr (depending on experience) for 45-50 hours a week. Accommodation available.
