Description

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

    Ensure all receiving and receiving entries are done in a timely manner
    Inspect and identify any items before receiving them into the stockroom
    Identify and coordinate any items for incoming test or inspection
    Ensure that all shortages are distributed accordingly
    Initiate any non-conformance reports and freight claims where required
    Initiate any return material authorizations
    Assist in the investigation of discrepancies
    Be involved in cycle counts as required
    Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Supervisor

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    Effective oral and written communication skills
    Ability to work under minimal supervision
    Understanding of the companys computerized inventory system
    Able to work independently, and as part of a focused team.
    A demonstrated attention to detail
    Experience in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word
    Experience with a manufacturing MRP system would be an asset
