In collaboration with the General Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the Hotel including the building structure, mechanical equipment, and fixtures on the inside and outside of the building including the parking lot and landscaping.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate with the General Manager or Maintenance Manager on all major or irregular projects
Maintain a safe swimming environment
Minor drywall repairs and painting
Gardening, landscape maintenance, and snow removal
PERFORM ALL OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE MANAGER.

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Empty waste containers
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Paint
- Repair drywall
- Water and tend to plants
- Work with minimal supervision
