-Maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and other kitchen areas as required.
- Remove trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Wash, cut and peel vegetables, using knife or peeling machine.
Job Requirements:
- Some High School
- No experience required
Dishwashing Skills
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
Transportation/Travel Information
- Public transportation is available
Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills
- Portion and wrap foods
Bussing Skills
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Load buspans and trays
- Assist food and beverage servers in formal service activities
