Job Description:
- Maintain positive relationships with all
customers in assigned area.
- Know and understand all assigned customers
expectations and requirements.
- Strong knowledge of effective crop rotations,
soil fertility, weed management and insect
control.
- Provide ongoing daily customer feedback to the
Location Manager.
- Be highly supportive of all SWT staff and help
them achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Agriculture.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be a contributing team
member.
- Good working knowledge of grain and crop inputs.
- Strong problem solving, decision-making and
organizational skills.
- Self- motivated to pursue new opportunities.
