Facility: REGIONAL OFFICE (WEYBURN)
Job Description: Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, the Regional Director Employee Health and Support Services is accountable for leading and supporting region-wide services in the areas of Disability Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Employee Health & Wellness, and Attendance Management.  The incumbent will, in accordance with the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the Sun Country Health Region (SCHR) goals, assist in the development and implementation of new and  existing staff health services and resources, as well as providing ongoing support and assistance to staff regarding OH&S issues.
Required Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's Degree
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Experience
Minimum of five years experience in Health Care, OH&S, Employee Health & Attendance Support. Minimum of five years experience in a management role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Exceptional written and oral communication skills
In depth knowledge of principles of collective bargaining agreement application and interpretation, and related provincial legislation
Working knowledge of applicable legislation (OH&S, WCB, Labour Standards, Human Rights, HIPA)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access)
Excellent management, leadership, organizational and decision making skills
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective teams and maintain relations based on trust, accountability, and open communications
