Reporting to the Ag Division Manager, the successful candidate will:
- participate in field scouting initiatives
- Communicate field visit findings to members fields and participate in the finding of solutions to potential field problems
- Participate in the field testing of innovative technoligies
- assist customers in planning their up-coming years field activities through presentations and visits to farm locations.
The preferred candidate must have a degree or diploma in Agriculture and qualify for P Ag or AT designation. Experience in crop input sales and field scouting will be an asset. On-going training and the up-dating of skills will be an expectation.
