Key Responsibilities Include:
Administering, facilitating, and managing the contract documentation required in pre-construction and inventory home sales. Below are a few of the primary responsibilities this entails:
Prepare sales documents on time, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale;
Prepare Amendments as requested by sales representatives;
Review all sales files for accuracy, and process final sales file to Head Office.
Answer telephones and inquiries, welcome and greet all visitors to the sales centre, and act as host or hostess to the sales centre;
Enter data from contact cards into database, check for previous registration for realtors and referrals
Ensure all visitors are registered and their info is logged into the database;
Conduct presentations and tours when necessary;
Maintain and update marketing and sales reports;
Order and maintain marketing and sales materials;
Conduct inspections to ensure sales centre and show homes are always kept neat and clean, ensuring all decorated areas are in order, and report any concerns;
Assist with new sales centre set up
Educational Requirements
Post Secondary Degree or Advanced Diploma would be an asset
Prior Related Experience
Experience in a sales environment, preferably a real estate office or new home site would be an asset
Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Knowledge of new home builder products
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude with customers and the public
Works efficiently in a team environment
Evening and Weekend hours required
