Penner Doors & Hardware is a growing Canadian owned premium door and hardware distribution centre with locations in Saskatoon, and Winnipeg. Our Saskatoon branch has an opportunity for the right individual to join our team.
Position and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for: inventory data entry and reconciliation; invoicing; mail distribution; Accounts Receivable Collections; filing; Contract Administration; responding to internal/external requests; answering phones; sending faxes and all other tasks as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have office experience of 3-5 years. They must also have experience working in a computerized environment and must be proficient in Word and Excel. Construction background is an asset. They will have the ability to communicate effectively and maintain and develop effective working relationships with staff. They must deal effectively with suppliers and customers in a courteous and positive manner.
